ik snap niet helemaal hoe jij je reactie bedoelt.

Maar veel mensen praten vaak over onkosten, maar on=niet.
Dus hebben mensen geen kosten gemaakt.

Beter zou zijn: hoeveel onkosten hebben we niet gemaakt?
